: Michael Mahon emailed some suggestions for getting
: better compactness and a sample; so, the 12 pages
: of scans from Issue 90 and 91 proofs are now 16-level
: GIF files with a single-color background. That saves
: quite a bit of space-- around 200k per file. Text
: quality remains good and graphics on the pages are
: unaffected vis-a-vis the the 16-level jpegs. Plus,
: GIFs are easier to handle for anyone viewing the
: files on an Apple II.
:
: The 6 scanned pages for issues 90 and 91 are now available
: from GSWV individually as well as grouped by issue in .zip
: form.

You guys are awesome. 1000 points to both of you.
In case you don't get that, it's from the TV comic
show, "Who's Line Is It Anyway?". Anyway, the points
are meaningless. Yes, the points are about as useful
as a 10Mb ethernet card in the Apple IIs slot zero.
Well, I've made enough of an Arse outta meself for
now, but thanks so much for the ZIP'ing of those 2
issues and I hope I get the others soon. I know, they
are lots more work and will take a while. I'll wait.
Thank you again,
P.S., what was that link again? 8O)
