Tandy did the same thing with the CoCo 3, only they deliberately kept
it from getting popular. Didn't want it to compete with the T1000 junk
pile. Commodore sold the 64/128 till the last minute.
I have often wondered if there might be some kind of conspiracy behind
all this. If the IIgs, etc., sells, why not keep selling it? It was,
after all, better.
They must have had a reson to maintain the ibm substandard with the
macintrash as the only alternative. What?
