You can use a software solution:
IP Netrouter on the mac to provide a MacIP Server
Marinetti on the IIgs with MacIP link layer

or a Hardware/software solution:
Cayman Gatorbox to act as a bridge between Appletalk and Ethernet
Marinetti on the IIgs with MacIP link layer
