I'd recommend an opening bid of $20, with no reserve and no Buy It Now.  I 
have a hunch that you may be pleasantly surprised at whatever the final 
results will be (provided the timing is right...such as making sure it 
doesn't end during a major drinking holiday, or early in the morning, or at 
other times when most people will probably be thinking about matters other 
than buying stuff via eBay.  :)
