Last time I went to donate, they took the three garbage bags of clothes.  Of
the electronics, they immediately asked, "Is any of it more than five years
old?  Because we don't TAKE that stuff anymore.  No one buys it, and we have
to pay to haul it off."

This was a thrift store that I had ALREADY left my number with for just that
reason, to come collect their old computers they couldn't sell, complaining
they had to pay to get them hauled off!  In fact, I've left my name and
number with no less than three thrift stores here, all complaining of the
same thing.  I've gotten exactly zero calls from them.  I hope you have
better luck that I did!

Maybe we should all tell eBay where to stick it and go make some friends
over in alt.dumpster!
