IIGS 3.5inch Disk Drive questions...

Is it possible to connect Apple 3.5 disk drive (model no. A9M0106)
directly to the back of the Apple 5.25 disk drive? How can I boot from
either one disk drive? If not, could I connect it the 3.5 disk drive to
IIGS and use Apple 5.25 Drive Controller card for 5.25 drive?
