I recently, replaced my "Apple IIGS Memory Expansion Card" from Apple
Computer (Model no: BCGS6DSA26002 or 5-670-0025-A) with a 4MB "RAM GS"
card, made by Sequential Systems Inc.
I noticed that the Apple card has empty memory banks. What type of
memory modules does it require? how many pins? nanoseconds? minimum
amount needed to operate or does all memory banks need to be full
before the card will operate? Maximum allowable memory? I could I use
older style PC RAM from say, XT or AT (80[386])? If I insert two
megabytes on it, would it work in unison with the other card?
Thanks,
Jeff.
