Disk drive busy light doesn't come on.

I have an old Apple IIe, with 2 disk drives.  Last night I was running an
introductory program and the monitor went black, also there is no response
from the busy lights on the disk drives.  I do have voltage coming out of
the power supply.
I have tried the self test, where you hold down the solid apple key the
control and reset, nothing happens.  The LED on the circuit board is lit,
the power one.  The LED in the right rear corner does not come on.
I would greatly appreciate some advice and where would I find a diagram
showing where voltages should be on the circuit board.
I did unplug all the add on boards when I did the self test, printer
control, modem and disk controller.
If I need parts, where would I ever get them?
