The right hand LED isn't normally on.


If you look at the connector on the IIe motherboard you'll see the
pin numbering patern

Pins 1 & 2 are ground
Pin 3 is +5 volt
Pin 4 is +12 volt
Pin 5 is -12 volt
Pin 6 is -5 volt
