Going back in time

I'm trying to track down a couple of old games I played on my Apple IIc.
Unfortunately I can't exactly remember the names. The first gave was an
adventure/rpg. It had a dungeon mode and a world mode. You started out with
a map of the world and could travel to various areas (mountains, rivers,
forrest, etc). You could visit safe havens and of course, get in fights. The
idea was to find the underground tunnels. Once found, you entered the
tunnels and had to find the treasure (I believe it was guarded by a dragon).
I remember some rooms were dark and you had to feel your way around. Does
anyone remember it and have the name of it?

Another one I remember was a stratergy type game I played on the apple 2.
You were on a deserted island and you had to dig for gold, build a ship and
fetch water. I thought it was called gold rush island, but I could be wrong
as I can't find any reference to it.

Finally there was one by EA Games I believe where you had to treck through
the desert. Sorry, I can't remember much of this one... it was a long time
ago.

Can anyone help me out?

Cheers
