Looking for PMOVE.CODE file for Apple /// Pascal

Hi,

I am trying to run Apple /// Pascal (using Selector ///) from my ProFile.  I
have the full Apple /// Pascal V1.0 package (three diskettes and the four
manuals).  However on my three Apple /// Pascal diskettes, I can't find the
PMOVE.CODE file (apparently it should be on the third diskette, but it is
not), which is used to patch the Pascal interpreter so that it considers the
ProFile as the system disk (instead of the internal floppy drive, .D1).

Can anybody help (point me to a location on the 'net where I can download
this file, e-mail this file to me or mail me a 5.25 diskette with this file
on it - I'm obviously willing to pay for this last option)?
