Hi mate - yes ostensibly that's what I was suggesting. Although another way would simply be to cancel the license all together. As the licensee, Syndicomm is responsible for ensuring that the material it distributes isn't available anywhere else, and I imagine that once available online this documentation will end up all over the place.

Exactly. As long as Syndicomm is a licensee, it has to care. Post that, APDA material can be treated like any other.
