Oddly, removing the SCSI terminator from the hard drive made it boot right up.  I have no clue why this would be but I'll take it.

Now that I have a fresh copy of System 6.0.1 for the first time in years, what sort of patches or upgrades should I do to make it better?  I seem to recall there being a HFS patch of some sort and having to copy all the TOOL files over to the system folder.  It's been way too long since I did this last so any reminders would be appreciated. :)
