I think you are talking about 7 devices, since SCSI has 7 ID numbers ( actually 8) counting #0 but I believe that ID is reserved.

But to cut down on the # of partitions, you could have a set up like this.

Part#1 - 32 Mb - Boot drive to boot either Pdos8 or GSOS with all its system files

Part#2 & 3 - 32 MB each and used for Pdos8 files

Part#4 - formatted to hfs and used for GSOS files, which can be up to 2 GB
