Right.  I had my choice of a ][ or a ][+ in late December, 1980. At least
Computerland was still selling them. 

I, of course, picked the ][+, which was the more capable platform, then as
now. 

A few years later I built a 16K card that restored all the native ][
features (monitor with Step & Trace, Integer BASIC).
