I've had time to do a little more testing and it certainly seems that the CB and the Z80 softcard are incompatible regardless of what slots they are in.
Alex, I know this is only beta at present but do you think it would be possible to make a Soft Z80 Card .bit file for the 250E version to run CP/M? This would be great for us 250E users and would probably solve my incompatibility issues.
