Howdy.
I'll tell you what I want to do, you tell me if I'm crazy or should take out
some extra Term Life, or what.
I love my IIc and my IIc+. But I loathe green screens, which is
unfortunately all I have. However I have a few of the old Macs (original,
SE30, Classic). I noticed that the 9" B&W CRTs that came internal in those
Macs are the exact same physical specs to the IIc monitor's. So I want to
physically swap CRTs, giving me a B&W IIc monitor. Cool or what?
I fully plan to check the power inputs/outputs with my multimeter. However
if anybody else has looked into this or has ever actually done it, they
could probably let me know quickly if I'm going to burn my house down
trying.
So what do you think?
Cheers,
BV
