Can I use an Apple monitor with a Windows PC?
Can you buy or make "cable adapters" and which drivers should be used?

Interesting question... I have an old NTSC monitor from a //e connected
to my VCR which is connected to my PC. The GS monitor would not work at
all. If you were referring to Mac monitors I'd suggest talking with the
Mac folks. Although, from what I've seen the answer is a firm "It
depends on the monitor".
Turning the question around about using a PC monitor on an Apple would be
more useful to people here. There is a card available (Second Sight)
which allows an Apple to use the monitor. If you can find one it is a
cheaper alternative to replacing a burnt out Apple style monitor.
