This is a Mountain Computer A/D card (Analog to Digital)  I know because I 
have 
2 of them in box. sans any software.  If you ever find any let me know, I am 
looking.

I think this is the keyboard ROM and is replaced when a 2nd market decoder 
card 
is installed on the underside of the ][+ keyboard
