According to Mr. David Empson:

"Nope.  Apple didn't publish any firmware listings for the IIgs (not even
the monitor).

Ditto for the IIc+.  I'm unaware of a listing for the "memory expansion"
revision of the IIc, for that matter.

It appears that they had a change of policy on firmware listings around
1986."
