Like everybody else, seemingly, I'm trying to identify a game which I used
to play in school on an Apple II. My memory is somewhat fuzzy, but the
description was something like this:
The game took place underwater. Your character was a fish (of varying
species) and your goal was to survive, while feeding on the other wildlife
in the river. The game manifested itself as a number of encounters with
other creatures, in which one could choose how to interact with said
creatures. One had to rely on memory to determine whether a given plant or
animal was good food for one's fish character. The wrong creature might
prove to be a poor food for your fish or might just attack you. It was like
a simple acquatic RPG. The goal was too accumulate as many points as
possible, by choosing the right actions in your acquatic encounters and,
thus, feeding your fish and staying alive.
Ring a bell with anyone?
Thanks in advance,
Jurgen
