Re: ADB keyboards and Control Key

I have seen at least three version that have the Control key
next to the A. The original IIgs, the Apple Keyboard M0116,
and another version similar to the original IIgs with a wider
border. The M0116 does not have the cutouts for the ADB
connectors on the left/right sides. Its ADB connectors are under
the keyboard on the left and right. Also the original Mac Plus
keyboard (non-ADB) had that configuration too.

The rule really seems to be this:

1) if the keyboard is a standard keyboard with keypad, the
control key is next to the A key. (Original IIgs, Mac SE, Mac
Plus (non ADB), M0116) Arrow keys are under the Shift key.

2) If the keyboard is 101 Enhanced or better, the Caps Lock
is next to the A key. These keyboard have the seperate six keys
for Page Up/down etc with the arrow keypad and function keys.
