I got a patch for beaglewrite/multiscribe but I couldn't get it to
function.  I tried to install it one more time, and as I remember the 
disk went bad when I tried it again.  It may have worked.

When I bought my Qram card for the IIe from Quality Computers, I got
a disk and I think that is where it was.

You might try to search for the Qram software.
