As one whose works have been pirated on the web (uploaded to "pirate" web sites
and advertised in this forum), I do not consider those who fight piracy
"cranks." While I do not agree with qc's and penman's tactics (they would be
much more effective under their real names), the problem with infriging on the
rights of Apple II developers/copyright owners remains the single most
important issue in Apple II today. You can ignore qc and penman all you want,
but at the same time, consider WHY there is so little interest in sharing new
products/ideas (including free releases) when some individuals think it is
their duty take matters into their own hands.
