Could use a bit more info
Is the Vulcan a new acquisition or were you using it with a other system
software
before. If so what. If it's a new acquisition then was it booting into
something when
you got it?
Is the Sirius RAM card a new item. If it is what does it say in your RAM
control panel.

A Vulcan will boot off standard system software copied from a bootable
disk. There is
a Vulcan driver but it only speeds up things after the systems booted,
it's not essential.

I'm assuming the IIgs boots off the floppy and that you copied all of the
files
from the floppy , not just the system folder.

You might try holding down the shift key while booting so your system
won't load
inits or Desk Accessories

Did you get the manual and disks withyour Vulcan?
