My understanding is that there is no public version of Marinetti that
will provide a TCP/IP connection over LocalTalk. For IP, therefore, you
need the LANceGS ethernet card or you're restricted to modem speed
connections.

Alas, the (current) version of the LANceGS is an IP only device so if
you need to connect to an AppleShare server on an ethernet network,
you'll still need a hardware or software bridge (Fastpath or a Mac
running LocalTalk Bridge or similar device).
