Help with //c memory

Hi,

My //c has some problem with auxiliary memory. When I check with "XPS 
diagnostic //e" program, it gives "GGGG*GGG" and I think that one of the 
chips is bad. When I open it, it has two arrays of memory marked as 
"MRD0" to "MRD7" and "ARD0" to "ARD7". Probably, the first (MRD0 to MRD7) 
is for the main memory and the second (ARD0 to ARD7) is for the aux 
memory. Now my question is which one is bad. My guess would be ARD3 for 
bit number 3, but I am not sure. If somebody knows the answer that would 
be great. And one more question. I have some spare memory chips pulled 
out from IBM PC/XT. But the label says "TMS4416-15NL" and the chips on 
//c are "uT4264-20". Are they compatible? Thanks for your help.
