Huh?  The DuoDisk is a "dumb" drive, isn't it?  Responds to low level
commands like a set of Disk IIs does?  If that's the case, this
sequence of events pretty much can't happen.  The disk could be
trashed if the reset causes the controller to switch to D1 while still
in write mode, though.
