The only way to get "letter quality" is with a very high dpi (300 or
better) laserprinter, or with a daisywheel printer. Try finding a Diablo
630(?) printer, which should work with AppleWorks, if what you want is
true "letter quality". The IWII, while a fine workhorse printer, is still
only a 9 pin dmp, and even 24 pin printers don't produce output as nice as
a daisywheel printer. Frankly, my 300 dpi laser printer isn't as crisp as
a daisywheel printer.
