Teknika Video-7 card manual

Hello to all,

I'm currently looking for the manual of the Teknika card made by Video-7
Inc. back in 1984. Mine has part number 600-00113 Rev. 0 (see picture at
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/19/cardwithoutlines.jpg/)

I believe this card will fit into slot 7 of an Apple //e and provides a RGB
output on the DB15 connector.
To acheive this, I need to grab two signals directly from the motherbord via
J1 (red outline). I've already tried to connect it to 14M and Picture
signals. No luck.
And what about J2 (blue outline) and the 4 dip switches (white outline) ?
