updated hardware roms

Is there a central pool of updated hardware roms for apples???

Perhaps the rev. C scsi card rom etc.
I found someone who can write out eproms for me and I'd like to know
where to get them now, as Apple did once provide them, so legally I 
think I can do it myself, but Apple have given up.

(I'm not talking about warez or any of that crap)
