Newbie Question: Extracting GS/OS in SEA format

Hi all,

    I downloaded the GS/OS v 6.0.1 files from the Apple ftp site. I have a
utility that will read and write Mac format discs in my PC. I transferred
them over to my Mac. They started off in .hqx format. Those expanded out to
a .sea format. I can't seem to extract the .sea format. I thought sea was a
'self-extracting archive' file. Is there a particular version of the Mac
system software you have to be running in order to extract a sea? I double
clicked on the sea file and a box popped up saying something to the effect
of 'this file can not be opened because the application used to create it
cannot be found'. Am I missing some other piece of software? Thanks for the
