Aside from the misspelling, you also don't know the meaning of the word.
Q_C hasn't threatened you with violence in order to take "your" bandwidth
from you. And, since the bandwidth belongs to those who use it, and that
includes him, he has as much to it as you do, so he isn't stealing it at
all.

The problem is all this "I" stuff. Neither you nor I have the right or
power to dictate what gets said here. I'm glad I don't, since I believe in
freedom with enough restrictions that the freedom of others is preserved.
