I have found a Mac archive, diskcopy image with Shrinkit on it. The link
is ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/Mac/
The files are named MactoA2Archivers.image.sit

If you can create the IIGS system disks, you can obtain Shrinkit the
same way, although you have to unstuff this one manually.

I still have a Chicken and Egg scenario here though as now I need a
second 3.5 drive or a memory expansion beyond my 1280K to expand large
files or whole disk images.
