I've set up my Quadra 605 to browse the internet using my @home account, and
I've given it a 20meg ProDos partition to use with my IIe card. I'm hoping
to download Apple II files/images, and move them to the ProDos partition so
that I can move them from that partition to the 5.25 disk drive. I haven't
tried it yet but that's my goal.
The question that I have is... will an external SCSI drive that was set up
on my Apple IIe work if it's connected to my Mac? It so, I could just dump
files to that HD, and then plug it back into the IIe. I know that I'll need
to change the ID number on the external drive but I wanted to check and see
if it would even work. It seems like it should but I don't know much about
Macintosh computers.
Thanks,
Ernest
