}A .BSQ file is a ShrinkIt file (SHK) that has been encoded to text
}using a format called BINscii. This format is very similar to
}UUEncoding or Base64 (used in MIME messages).

A .BSQ should be a .SQ (Squeeze - a compression format) file that has
been encoded with BINSCII, not a .SHK.
