The 64k card has 64k, the other one has 2k. The 2k card needs a lot of
TTL chips to map the memory into the right location. Later there was a
card called RAMworks that had multiple 64k banks (up to 1MB, iirc).

Nevertheless, the $C300 firmware is included into the IIe (or //e) ROM.
