You're in luck, you have the hardware that you need to do the job.
Here's what to do:

1. Go to the Apple ftp site and download the disk images for IIgs OS. Also
download DiskCopy for your Mac if you don't already have it. You may need an
older version, 4.X, not sure about that.

2. Transfer the disk images and DiskCopy archive by floppy from your PC to
your Mac.

3. Use Stuffit to un- hqx the files, if necessary. (Heh heh, almost typed
Shrinkit!)
4. Get some 800K disks formatted as ProDos and ready to go.
5. Run DiskCopy and have it load the disk images and transfer them to your
800K floppies.

That's how I did it when I started,  should work for you.
