Localtalk card questions.

I just won an auction on a Localtalk card for my Apple IIe, and now I'm
anxious to get it set up. I should first say that I am unfamiliar with how
to set this card up, or exactly what it's capable of but here is what I
would like to do.

Plug the Localtalk card into my Apple IIe, and connect it to a Mac LC
computer. Then, I would like to use the LC to download (via FTP) non-dsk
disk files from the internet to my Apple IIe, or convert the Apple II files
to disks directly on the LC to use on the IIe.

If what I've heard is correct, the LC has a built in Localtalk port but I'll
have to find the right LT cable to string them together.

As you can imagine, I have a lot of questions about how to get this all set
up.

1. What is the difference between Localtalk and Appletalk?
2. Can anyone tell me where I can find the Apple IIe software for this card?
3. Is there software for the LC that can convert .shk files to disk?
4. Will an LC support a 5.25 apple disk drive?

I also have a IIe card the LC, with the Y-cable and 5.25 unidisk drive -can
this help in my plan? I haven't set it up yet but does this card simply run
like a separate IIe on the LC, or can the IIe card access the Hard drive of
the LC, to pull .shk files from the HD?

Thanks for your help.
