Norton sold Disklock to Power Utilities some time back after
letting it gather way too much dust. My version 4.0 went unstable after
OS 8.5 on my 8500 and I have never installed it on my G3. I lost several
SyQuest disks to this scenerio. They are so trashed that they won't
mount using any utility I know of. Salvage what you can and tell your
friend to switch to FileGuard from Software Architechs ( pardon the
spelling. I think the wed addy is SAtech). I know this is not much help,
but it is all I have to offer.
