There are some neat Apple II emulators out there!  AppleWin lets you
use a real apple II as a disk server (I think you can use the PC as a
disk server for the Apple II too), and you can use another program that
comes with the emulator to open Apple II disk IMAGES and display the
files on them like any other disk in windows, and copy and paste files.

On hardware configuration window there is an option to choose which PC
serial port to use as a serial port for the emulated IIe, but I don't
know if it works.
