Paul,

I helped a friend of mine download files from Delphi a2 libraries.  If
you have a windows computer, download CRT from one of the shareware
sites.  Telnet to delphi.com, enter your name and password, and you
follow a few menus to the library.  You use Zmodem to get the files,
and it works OK.  When I helped him do it a few months ago, it was very
easy to do.
