If there was a missing folder, then you would have got a "Path not
found" error ($44) instead of "File not found".

File Not Found means that the requested volume and the target
subdirectory were found, but the actual file was missing.

Try copying the BOOT.DRIVER file into the System/Drivers folder on the
server.


The problem might not be loading of the BOOT.DRIVER file itself: it
might be something that this driver is attempting to load.
