If memory serves me here, those "Quality bonus" disks were
the public domain disks that SQC sent out when they sold
a hard drive.  I remember getting a 12-disk set of these.
The material on them weren't organized all that well, but
there was one or two programs of interest I got off of
them.

If these ARE the disks you're talking about, then they're
definitely PD.  If they're not, then (and I'm sure this
will fall on deaf-and-dumb ears) the copyright should be
checked to make sure it's released.

(BTW--The Red Book was NOT written by Woz, Tom, so why not
post who you got permission from--or is this once again a
"they never responded back, so I'm free to assume I have
authorization" sort of thing?
