jcountry@seidata.com writes that the Mastery Development network
software used in the school where he teaches at is also broken by
Y2K because the software thinks 00 is before 99 causing the backup
function not to work.  They can't get backups so their students are
sitting on a time-bomb if the hard drive crashes.  He is still looking for
a solution.
