Except that Linux and X Windows would still be stealing certain
keypresses and using some processor time and you'd still have to wait
for Linux/X to boot and launch KEGS before you can use IIgs software
and you'd still have to use a lot of hard drive space for Linux/X.

I'd be mucher happier with a machine that let me boot directly into
GS/OS and where all the machine's resources were available and only in
use as an Apple II compatible.  I can only imagine how incredible a
machine like that would be.
