The Unable to Load ProDOS error message is in the boot block, (Block 0),
so if you are seeing that message the disk must have the Apple II boot
block on it. If you look at a boot block from a disk formatted with
AppleWorks before version 4 you will find a message about the disk being
an AppleWorks data disk and not a startup disk.
