No, no, no. PC Exchange _does_ format ProDOS disks with a boot block!! It
was DiskCopy that was failing! I copied the files from the DiskCopied
version onto my Mac, reformatted the disk with PC Exchange, copied the
files back, and all was well.

Umm... there is a problem with that. Before I formatted the disks on the
Mac, I had no ProDOS boot disks at all.
