As I'm replying to this post via Spectrum 2.2 running on an iMac in
full-screen ("Power") mode, it should be fairly clear that I like
emulators. I love running GS programs at 30 MHz and better speeds. Even a
notorious slowpoke like Medley is usable.

I also like the GS "box" and the experience of plugging in real
cards. However, everyone who runs an emulated GS is missing the point (as
well as breaking copyright law with the ROMs) if they don't also have a
real GS sitting around. So, where's the opposition? Have both. Use either.
