Using Apple IIgs, Grappler+, HP Deskjet 420, Appleworks 5.1, Harmonie...

Grappler+ dip switches set to 1-off/2-on/3-on/4-on.

These switch settings were suggested in the Grappler manual for the
HP Think-Jet.  (That is as close as I could come to the HP 420.)

The printer works great with Appleworks and Harmonie so I have never had
any reason to try any other settings.
